These lectures were given at the ITAMP Winter Graduate School 2023 "Cold Molecules for Quantum Information Technologies and Fundamental Physics" during February 2023.  They cover laser cooling of molecules, polyatomic molecules with a focus on precision measurement, and probing nuclei with molecules.
